The German Foundation for Organ Transplantation (DSO) has extended its long-standing cooperation with HELI-FLIGHT JLR for the next three years. HELI-FLIGHT JLR is one of only two companies in Germany that fly out donor organs on behalf of the DSO, or transport a retrieval team to the donor hospital and then fly the retrieved organ to the recipient. Our area of responsibility covers the federal states of southwestern Germany and from there the Eurotransplant region. At our three bases in Düsseldorf, Munich, and Reichelsheim, we have pilots and aircraft – and in Reichelsheim, also the control center – ready around the clock, 365 days a year.
